Top 10 MBA Programs for Diversity 2021

Ranked 34^th globally, Warwick Business School (WBS) earned an impressive score of 90.7 for diversity. WBS’ 12-month MBA is an accelerated an intense program that includes international travel, unlimited coaching, in-depth work with leading companies and a wide network of industry professionals.

Next is ESCP Business School, one of the universities that received a perfect score for return on investment. The 10-month MBA program has a completely international cohort at 100 percent, with 28 nationalities represented and 44 percent of students in the 2020 cohort being female. Each semester takes MBA students to a different ESCP city campus, including Paris and London.

Halfway through the list is the American University in Dubai (AUD) School of Business, which boasts a 80 percent international students in this year’s cohort. AUD’s MBA is a two-year program consisting of nine core courses and three advanced concentrations. Students can benefit from the school’s location in the heart of Dubai’s financial and commercial district.

Next is RMIT University, whose unique MBA program incorporates design thinking and innovation to deliver business solutions. The Australian business school boasts high numbers of female (47 percent) and international (80 percent) students, earning a 94.8 score for diversity.

Kicking off our top three is IÉSEG School of Management, which received high scores for both diversity and return on investment. IÉSEG’s 12-month MBA focuses on helping students learn the fundamentals of business management, as well as sharpen their capabilities in their preferred industry. The 2020 cohort is 100 percent international, with female students making up 49 percent of the class, and 87 percent of the faculty is international too.

Just missing out on the top spot is UTS Business School, a new entry from Oceania. UTS’ two-year MBA is a 16-month program featuring six core subjects and ten electives that allow students to tailor their curriculum. The highly international program received a diversity score of 96.5.

EU Business School takes the crown as the most diverse school in the world, with 95 percent international students and 56 percent female participants in its 2020 cohort. The full-time MBA program at EU Business School focuses on giving students a global experience through international exchange and inter-campus programs. Students earn state-accredited UK degrees from the University of Derby (UoD) and the University of Roehampton in London, or a state-recognized degree from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) in Spain.
